About Us

Disability Inclusive Oriented Yatwonthit (DiOY) is a rights-based, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women, girls and persons with disabilities in Myanmar. We promote inclusion, equal opportunities and meaningful participation by enhancing skills, expanding employment and livelihood opportunities, improving accessibility and advocating for the realization of human rights.

Working closely with organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), civil society and development partners, DiOY strives to build an inclusive society where everyone can participate with dignity and contribute equally to sustainable development. Our work is guided by four core values: Quality, Respect, Trust, and Equality.

To empower women, girls, and persons with disabilities by enhancing skills, increasing employment opportunities, and promoting societal participation and recognition for an inclusive, equitable society.
